How to add Height

Having an ideal body is everyone's dream. But, of course not everyone has the ideal body shape.

   Man was created differently, some tall some are short. Too high can also be troublesome, so instead have ashort body that also has some difficulties for example in applying for a job that requires that the conditionshave a certain height.

1. Sports activity standing quite and multiply.
